Delivery Information

General Shipping and Returns

We pride ourselves in processing your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. All standard UK orders will be dispatched within two working days.

Next day delivery orders will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed using our next day service should be placed before 12pm to receive delivery the following day.

 If your order does not meet the delivery time scheduled on our website, we will contact you to inform you of any delay and to advise a new delivery date. Orders will be sent using a courier service or royal mail and orders may need to be signed for.

All orders placed via this website will be managed by our warehouse team. You will receive email confirmation letting you know when your order has been received, and when the order is being processed, and then shipped with tracking information attached.

When will my order be despatched?

Orders placed before 12am on working days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and despatched the same day or the following day (excluding bank holidays).  All orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on the following Monday. Once the order has been despatched you will receive tracking information from the relevant courier. Please ensure that you have the order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for the delivery.

When will I receive my order?

The majority of our UK orders are delivered within 48 hours of the order being despatched, although some consignments may take a little longer.

Returns Procedure:

We hope you are pleased with your products. If you are not satisfied with the goods supplied and wish to return any items bought from us then we will be happy to make a refund, as long as the product is unopened and in its original condition. Please let us know either by phone or email, the reason for the return and any returns should be made within a reasonable time (please try and return goods within 14 days).

Following receipt of the goods by us we will be happy to accommodate changes where possible or you will receive a full refund, less any return delivery and/or collection charges, within 30 days of giving us your notice to change or cancel.

International Orders:

Following the UK's withdrawal from the EU we are no longer able to ship to some international countries. For international shipping enquiries please contact a member of our team through our Contact Us page or by calling our office on 01455 556281. This also includes Northern Ireland.

Please note we do not accept any responsibility for any additional charges that may occur with delivery outside the UK.
